RE: Haitian Flag Under Francois Duvalier changed in 1964 to black and red

Blood is exactly the same color in everyone.

Black as a prestigious color without a doubt, but when amalgamated with white become a lighter color.

So how Haiti end up with mulattoes may tell-tale the choosing of the dark blue color on our flag.
Seems far-fetch but not too far-fetched.

Perhaps you may ask, (what's that got to do with wanted to buy the black and red flag?).
