RE: Charlemagne Peralte betrayed by Jean-Baptiste Conze

It was a betrayal, you said. But ironically speaking, it felt like the mistake was his, for trusting him in the first place.
So does Jean-Jacques Dessalines tragic demise, we all know it was a betrayal act. What about Toussaint Louverture?
He was not accidently captured.
countless souls have went down and they were all betrayed by somebody.
That was just to name a few. What I am trying to say here is that Politics, murder by assassination, and betrayal they are intertwined.
or as if you was playing the Russian roulette and not knowing when the bullet is actually in the barrel.
If my memory serves me well its is called by political science as political intrigues.
But any astute
politicians knows politics is of the most dangerous profession.
Plato compared military life as "The labyrinth of rises and falls".
Especially from third world countries.
And do not get blurred by the word rises and falls, that was simply a
mile term of putting it. Because if you read further through the chapter he clearly putt it as labyrinth of life and death.
Aristotle political observations describe a military life as Married to Medusa.
So without further delay I will left you with these vibrant words of William Shakespeare: "As he was valiant, I honour him. But as he was not smart, I slew him. In other words, Charlemagne Peralte was truly valiant but it's a no brainer thinking of swallowing an ocean regardless how thirsty you are. As for Jean-Baptiste Conze in the depths of things, he just treat himself at the expense of a fool.
(Politics at best)
