Two New Redevelopment Projects Slated for Little Haiti
Little Haiti is welcoming new redevelopment projects. The latest one happens in Little Haiti in Florida when NYC Sullivan Street Bakery and Perricone's Marketplace & Café will be built on two pieces of land. Perricone spent $2.76 million for both parcels.

Sullivan Street Bakery has two stores in Hell's Kitchen and Chelsea, and delivers bread to 250 NYC restaurants.

Other developers like Avra Jain and a California corporation are also planning projects in Lemon City.
