Haiti is one of the top five failed states for 2010

According to Foreign Policy Magazine and the Fund for Peace, the following is the list of the states that ranked the highest in the Failed States Index, accompanied with their scores:

Number 2: Chad 110.3
Number 3: Sudan 108.7
Number 4: Dem. Rep. of Congo 108.2
Number 5: Haiti 108.0
