This Passport is not legitimate and likely was manufactured by people trying to circulate the rumor that our president is of another nationality. One person suggested that this passport showed expiration date within 5 years. However, all US passports are given for more than 5 years. It is clear this is a fake document

It was inaugurated in May 2013 by Haitian President Michel Martelly. This complex was built as part of the decentralization effort of the Haitian government since the 2010 earthquake. This complex will be the central place for government functions in the North Department. All the Department Directors of the region will be located side by side in the building. Hopefully, this complex will solve the problem that many people have been complaining about for quite a long time. This administrative place is to serve as a central location designed to serve the population in search of state services in provincial towns.
