Michel Martelly Citizen Of Foreign Country According To Senator Moise Jean-Charles

This is a picture from the web that was in circulation during the presidential race in Haiti. At the time, there was an allegation that Candidate Michel Martelly was not Haitian and was holding the citizenship of a foreign country, namely that of the United States.

This Passport is not legitimate and likely was manufactured by people trying to circulate the rumor that our president is of another nationality. One person suggested that this passport showed expiration date within 5 years. However, all US passports are given for more than 5 years. It is clear this is a fake document

According to Senator Moise Jean-Charles who is incharge of a senate investigation has determined that President Michel Martelly has renounced his Haitian citizenship
