The Haitian Constitution dated 1987 provides some covers and rights for LGBT or homosexuality in Haiti. Article 18 - provides general equal protection. Article 19, provides a right to health care, Article 22 - provides right to housing, education, food and social security, Article 28 - provides a right to freedom of opinion.
Article 31 - provides a right to create political parties or interest groups.

Support for LGBT or homosexuality in Haiti is not visible. As of today, same-sex sexual activity between consenting adults in private has been legal in Haiti. The Haitian Constitution dated 1987 does not directly address the sexual issue or right for sexual orientation or gender identity.
