RE: Chelsea Clinton email Dad, Mom on Haitian relief incompetence

As a former staffer of the UN (caveat I did not serve in Haiti but 8 other operations) I can categorically state that Chelsea was totally correct I her assessment of he UN.

Staffed by untrained bureaucrats and totally out of touch with those they portend to serve/help.
