The next president of Haiti was expected to be either Daniel Fignole or Louis Dejoie. Unfortunately none of the two became president.
Francois Duvalier was elected president of Haiti. After his landslide victory, Francois Duvalier exiled Dejoie's supporters and established a new constitution.

According to declaration made by the victim, Roro Nelson beat her.
Roro Nelson was found guilty in the Dorchester Civil Court in Boston, Massachusetts by a jury of 12 and his conviction carried a one year probation.
