There is an allegation of Kickbacks reported by Dominican Journalist Nuria Piera between the Haitian President Michel Martelly and Dominican Senator Felix Bautista.

According to Dominican Investigative Journalist Nuria Piera, there has been large amount of money exchanged not only with the Haitian president Michel Martelly buralso with the former Candidate Mirlande Manigat. The report indicated that President Michel Martelly received at least $$2.5 million in the form of Kickbacks by a Dominican construction firm owned by Dominican Senator Felix Bautista.
