After the Coup D'Etat of 1992, Mr. Jean-Jacques Honorat was named prime minister of Haiti. The Military government at the time thought that by having Jean-Jacques Honorat in the position of Prime Minister, it would help the de facto government gain some international recognition. This did not happen. Other stated that he did not have enough time to work on the diplomatic front.

Jean-Jacques Honorat was removed from the position by the military-backed government in June 1992 as he was unable to convince the international community to lift sanctions against Haiti

Paul asks Diaspora to help Rebuild Haiti

Prime Minister Paul welcomed a Diaspora delegation, whom he spoke to about funding economic and education sectors in Haiti.

Paul called upon them to increase contributions, saying ". . . the time has come where your skills, your networks, your financial power are needed to rebuild the country . . ." He added the rebuilding and growth of Haiti cannot be envisioned ". . . without the involvement of a strong Diaspora, proactive and dynamic"

Born in Cavaillon, Haiti, Mr. Yvon Neptune was a candidate for the 2010 Haiti presidential election. He was appointed as prime minister under President Jean Bertrand Aristide. Neptune also served as speaker of the house.

On March 27, 2004, the provisional government banned Yvon Neptune from leaving Haiti along with 36 other senior officials of the Aristide administration, in order to more easily investigate corruption allegations. He then turned himself in on June 2004 and was held in detention withou. any charge.

He became Prime minister March 12, 2004 following the removal of President Jean Bertrand Aristide from power. In February 2004, according to some, the country experienced a coup d'état and new Prime Minister Gerard Latortue was selected by the Council and appointed head of the interim government

The leading opposition furing his administration came from the Fanmi Lavalas political party. An election took place on February 7, 2006. In June 2006, Gerard Latortue was succeeded by Jacques-Édouard Alexis.

Foreign government reaction to the return of Jean-Claude was that of a surprise. The French government that was supposed to be aware of the return stated that they were unaware of the return until Jean-Claude landed in Haiti. They denied any allegation of complicity on their part.

If he becomes the Next Prime Minister of Haiti, Dr. Garry Conille would brake the cycle where his two previous candidates for the position were rejected by the Haitian parliament

He was born on July 11, 1943 in Port-au-Prince and became prime minister from August 30, 1993 to November 8, 1994.

Robert Malval is an industrialist and business leader who was appointed Prime Minister by former President Jean-Bertrand Aristide. He was not able to govern as he was appointed Prime minister in the objective to solve a crisis at the time between the Army-backed presidency of Emile Jonassaint and Jean Bertrand Aristide. Robert Malval was not successful and was obligated to resign after a short period of time
