This is Buteur Metayer. Little was known about Buteur Metayer before joining the Cannibal Army of his brother Amiot Metayer. Amiot Metayer was assassinated in September 2003. Bateur Metayer came to Haiti from the United States with the objective of avenging the death of Amiot.
