Minister Ralph Theano kicked out of the Haitian Parliament

Here is a picture of the Minister Ralph Theano. On April 4th, 2013, he had some miserable time at the Haitian Parliament when he was asked to leave.

Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe criticized the behavior of some of the Haitian Deputies toward the Minister Theano. He called this a verbal aggression

Several of them prevented the Minister to speak as well as the Prime Minister.
