Report of the Special Senate Committee, responsible for investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of Judge Jean Serge Joseph. After hearing many personalities mentioned in this case, the Senate Commission of Inquiry concluded that all concerned including the President Michel Martelly, Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe, the Minister of Justice Jean-Renel Sanon are liars. The Commission is convinced that there was in fact a meeting which was held on July 11, 2013, at the Chambers of Garry Lissade.
Recommendation: "The Prime Minister and the Minister of Justice are charged and removed of their function" "Impeach the Head of State for crime of High Treason"
