A leading researcher in the field of child development found that playing is very important in child development. It is the leading reason why very young children can learn so much so quickly. The study also found that the children allowed to play become better thinkers and are better equipped to think about different possibilities to solve issues.

Now imagine having an entire class of children in a society such a Haiti called Restavek who are usually unable to not only play due to their daily living condition but also go to school and are put down on a regular basis.

This can only be labeled as the self-destruction of a society

With the 2010 earthquake disaster in Haiti, many Haitian children became homeless. In addition, children are left without parents. This has been a golden opportunity for gay or same sex couple to adopt children from Haiti. In many States in the United States, gay peoples are prohibited from adopting children. They can not get married and. However, since 2010, the percentage of adoption by same sex couple has increased from 8 percent to 19 percent in 2011.

Here is a picture of a game that most Haitian children know how to play. It is called Mopyon or Crab Game. This is a very simple game that is played between two people. The first person who comes up with 5 dots or crosses on a streight line wins.

The game of Mopyon or crab is usually played when the teacher is booring and the class is not exciting.

It is very hard for the teacher to know that a game of Crab or Mopyon is in fact taking place since the students are tricky in school in Haiti
