A new concept in creating jobs in Haiti. Since the 2010 earthquake, there is a project called Cash for Work that has been established to give something to the people affected by the earthquake something to do as well as to provide some financial support. Many of the projects involve the removal of earthquake rubbles. The Cash for Work Project has been focused on Haitian women as some of these projects are managed by women organizations in Haiti

This is a picture of the famous French star Gerard Lenorman. A very successful artist, he was chosen to represent France in the Eurovision Song Contest in 1988. The song that he performed at the time was Chanteur de Charme . Gerard Lenorman released several hit songs. He is considered to be one of the best French singers.

This is a picture of Charles Henry Baker, Charlito, presenting his plan as he is running for the presidency of Haiti in 2010. There were close to 500 people in the room where he was delivering his message.

Mr. Baker is one of the many candidates running for the presidency post in Haiti in 2010. He is involved in a fierce fight to become president. The people he is running against are also very popular.

At tis point in the election, there is no clear front runner and the chances for Charles Henry Baker to win the presidency is as good as any other candidate.

This rara band was performing in the most famous street in France and it was at the occasion of the Carnaval Tropical de Paris. it is a sign that the Haitian rara has been all over the world and it is one of the most recognized aspect of the Haitian culture

Father of four children, Charles Henri Baker was a candidate for the 2010 Haiti election. He was born in Bourdon, Port-au-Prince and is now a proud husband, father and grandfather. He has the political party RESPE which is Regwoupman Sitwayen Pou Espwa.

Charles Henri Baker is well known in Haiti for his integrity. His love for his beloved country of Haiti has inspire many people to to support him.
In the 2006 election, he came third, behind Rene Preval and Leslie Francois Manigat.
His nickname is Charlito

In one of his release, the Haitian artist stated that: Vagabon, Sé an Vagabon Pou Mete'w Pou Korespon Ak sa. As Maurice Sixto wants to let us know, in the Haitian custome, that does prove to be rigth sometime. In many instances, if you let someone keep doing the same thing to you and you do not react, it will continue to happen. Over time, it will get worst.

Here is a picture of soldier and rebel leader Remissainthe Ravix. In 2004, these rebels were advancing toward the Haitian capital with the objective to remove President Jean-Bertrand Aristide form power. Tey also stated they wanted to end the violence in Haiti and think it will be done by removing the current president from office
