In Haitian politic, I guess money talks and ... walks. This seems to be the case with Deputy Arnel B lizaire and Thierry Mayard-Paul, the Minister of Interior.

If you can recollect, this is the same Minister of the Interior, Thierry Mayard-Paul who according to report, was directly involved in his arrest at the Toussaint L'Ouverture Airport.
