Da Marco made the announcement at a concert where he informed his fans that he is no longer a member of Barikad Crew. He went on detail to say that his former bandmates are very jealous of him, due to his musical success

Here is a picture of the artist Dug G from the group Rockfam.

For the past several years, he has been involved in a competition with the group Barikad Crew.

The group was founded in 2004, when most of the artists affiliated to RockFam Records decide to work as one group. The family was made up of 12 members by the time of their first album, who were: Atros, Big Jim, Dug G, Fatal, Gray Nouvo Ne, Jah B, Killa Boss, Kizzy, Knaggs, Masta Preacha, Pikan, Toppy X. Their first album titled Sa-w Pa Ka Konprann was released on November 3rd 2007. On December 2008 the group released their second album that was named Yon lot Vi'zion , which consisted mostly of remixed songs. ver m's sobre Rockfam

Here is a picture of the artist Izolan of Barikad Crew. Something very important took place in Rap Kreyol. Izolan of Barikad Crew contacted Dug G of Rockfam and invidet him to perform together. This gesture alone marked a change in the industry and a new form of cooperation to promote and advance Rap Kreyol in Haiti and abroad

Founded in 2002 by Papa K-tafalk, Deja-Voo and Kondagana. barikad Crew has become a force to work with in Rap Kreyol.

The original Barikad group included: Bricks, Brital, Dade, Deja-voo, Fantom, Izolan, Kondagana, Marco, Master Sun, Papa K-tafalk, Young Cliff.

A major incident happened with the group in 2008 when on June 15, 3 members of the Rap Kreyol group BC, Barikad Crew, K-tafalk, Deja-Voo and Dade got killed in a car accident while on their way to a show in Haiti. Another member of the group, Young Cliff , died as a result of the 2010 earthquake

The Rap group BC is widely considered the most popular group of the Rap Kreyol movement. Barikad Crew was founded in 2002 when Papa K-tafalk, Deja-Voo and Kondagana decided to form a rap group.

The guy is very popular in the Haitian Rap Kreyol world. Everyone will agree that Izolan is a giant in Rrap Kreyol and a favorite among Haitian youth.

Here is a superstar in Rap Kreyol. The artist Izolan is considered one of the biggest names in the field at this time. His popularity has actually crossed that barriers and is now considered a major figure in Haiti.

Does this mean that Rap Kreyol is now to stay in our culture? That would go against the logic that many in the music industry have been saying. Until recently, I was told that Rap Kreyol was something that will eventually disappear from Haiti landscape. Unlike the Haitian Kompa music, many have suggested that the youth will eventually grow out of it.
