Here is a picture of former President Bill Clinton and Jean-Bertrand Aristide. Thes two have a log history.

For most of the 1990s Haiti was often in the news as it just elected the populist priest Jean-Bertrand Aristide to the presidency position. However, one year later, Aristide was removed from power by a military coup.

Consequently many Haitians got on boats headed to the U.S. Promising to return Aristide into power when elected. Bill Clinton eventually returned Jean-Bertrand Aristide into power

For the first time in U.S. history, they used force to return a deposed president into power

This is a picture of the president of Venezuela Hugo Chavez and the former Haitian president Jean Bertrand Aristide. Hugo Chavez passed away on March 5th, 2013, after fighting hard with a cancer. it is quite a sad day for the people lof venezuela, his friends and supporters.

Here is a picture of Jean Bertrand Aristide with Nelson Mandela. The African Icon Nelson Mandela joined the African National Congress in 1944 and was heavily involved in popular resistance against the ruling National Party's apartheid policies after 1948.

After his political party, the ANC, was banning of in 1960, Nelson Mandela moved to the military wing within the ANC. Nelson Mandela was arrested in 1962 and sentenced. Later on, on June 12, 1964, Mandela was sentenced to life imprisonment.
