However, all these have not been fully exploited for the benefits of the residents of Hinche. The government is encouraged to develop a plan to make the region more accessible to tourist.

Road to Bassin Zim
One of the reasons that caused the region not to be accessible to the rest of the country was the road condition. We can actually give credit to the government of Michel Martelly for his initiative to build many roads in the region of Hinche. However in regard to access to Bassin Zim, this still pauses a problem. It is difficult to access the Bassin Zim. The government needs to continue with its effort to build roads to make the region more accessible
