Here is a picture of the music star Don kato.

According to information received in our office, Don Kato was told that not to participate in the Cap-Haitian carnival in 2013 and will not be given a float. Literally, his group Brothers posse is out of the Carnival this year.

The decision was made by the Carnival committee. There is a rumor out there that the decision was made by President himself
