Canadian Haitian Luck Mervil

This photo is of Luck Mervil. He was named the patriot of the year by the Saint-Jean-Baptiste Society in 2005 for his voiced belief in the Quebec independence. He had completely supported the country as it gained its own independence and was on the fore front for its support and advocating.
