Montruis, Cotes des Arcadins a Haitian Paradise
On Tuesday July 26, the president rolled on the tourism week by meeting hotel owners at Cote-des-Arcadins. During the meeting, the parties agreed on a way forward to revive the tourism industry, which constitute a major economic growth sector in Haiti. The 15-kilometre coastline has six operating hotels with 452 rooms. This is valued at 50 million dollars and around a thousand tourists are accommodated in a week. The two hotels that have been in operation for long, since 1984, Club Indigo and Beatrice Nadal Mevs can give an account of the coastline situation.
