SEMANAH in public beach Cariès, sea can not be considered as a trash
Haiti's Maritime and Navigation Service (SEMANAH) organized a one-day event at the Cariès public beach, hoping to make the public more aware of the potential damage to the seabed. Making the statement that the sea should not be thought of as trash, Director General of SEMANAH, Eric Prevost, reminded those present of the historical and cultural heritage of these sites. The cost of the event was $1 million gourdes, put forward by SEMANAH for the activities planned.
