One of the most effective propaganda methods during the Duvalier reign was throwing Money on the streets to the crowd. If you are over fifty yearsw and was growing up in Haiti, you probably got some of that money. Most of the propaganda used by the Duvalier were considered to be positive by the people included in the inner circle of the government. For those people, the Duvalier propaganda were considered objectively and then interpreted as positive or negative, depending on the perspective of the viewer or listener.
