Haiti is country that accepted the most non qualified people to be the president.

Also, the leaders do not have large vision for anything.

This small house can not be a primary school, not even a Lycee.

Leaders in that country( Haiti) are corrupted in their business.

When they want to steal, they make a lot noise, they pretend build an inferior house for a secondary school.
