During the Duvalier reign, there were famous names such as: Madame Max Adolphe, Georges J. Figaro, Michele Bennett, Jean-Mary Chanoine, Chief of Duvalier secret Police Luc Desir, General Jacques Gracia, Francois Duvalier Cabinet member Luckner Cambronne. Also, there was the famous Fort-Dimanche, Casernes Dessalines, Force Armee D'Haiti and Volontaire de la Securite Nationale.

Some propaganda are seeing as positive. Most of the propaganda used by the Duvalier were considered to be positive by the people included in the inner circle of the government. For those people, the Duvalier propaganda were considered objectively and then interpreted as positive or negative, depending on the perspective of the viewer or listener
