Activist and community leader Jean Robert Lafortune does not think that president Michel Martelly is really interested in establishing an honest relationship with the Haitian Diaspora. He believes that the Haitian president is still campaigning.

To some extent, the "Haitian Joudalist is in agreement with the community leader Jean Robert Lafortune. It seems like the president is still trying to convince people that he wants to help Haiti. My recommendation is that the president needs to decrease his rhetoric and increase his actions in improving the lives of Haitians
