Haitian-Caribbean Book Fair in Little Haiti will bring Haiti-based novelist Gary Victor to Miami to discuss some of the most interesting issues of our time. Jean Mapou at Libreri Mapou, a real supporter of the Little Haiti area in Miami. Mapou dared speak Creole on a radio program he hosted in Haiti. A victim of the Duvalier era, who arrested and incarcerated him at Fort Dimanche for four months.
