Government improving Investment Law to make Haiti Business Friendly
After contacting potential investors and conducting forums, the Haitian government wants to focus now on improving the laws of investment in the country to make Haiti a business friendly environment. the Haitian government will meet Haitian parliaments to facilitate massive investment in Haiti. The main objective is to insure that it takes less time to create a business in Haiti.
The Martelly-Conille government wants to come up with laws that allow new businesses to form quickly and to reduce barriers. Also, the government wants to provide businesses interested in investing in Haiti opportunities from roads to expansion of airport and port, and hotel construction.
Continental Airlines And American Airlines Going Head To Head In Haiti
The competition between American Airlines and Continental Airlines moves to the Caribbean with the decision for Continental to start flying to Haiti in June 2011
Before that, American Airlines was the main airline for Haiti, however this seems to be no longer the case. With this change, the public should expect see a decrease in their ticket price at the same time an improvement in the quality of the services at the airport.

Paul Altidor, Clinton Bush Haiti Fund
Paul Altidor is the new Haiti ambassador
Prior to becoming the ambassador to Haiti, Paul Altidor was the vice president for the Clinton bush Haiti fund which was established in 2010 after the devastating earthquake that rocked the Haitian community that year. The fund was meant to raise funds to help those hit by the earthquake and was endorsed by various top level people including the president of the US Barrack Obama and the previous presidents Clinton and Bush.
Eglise Du Trou Du Nord, Haiti
Here is the main church in the town of Trou du Nord, Haiti. This is a very religious town in the north of Haiti. The saint is celebrated every year and the town at this time receives a large numbers of visitors.
Major work have taken place in the town of Trou du Nord as it was discovered in 2012 that beside its religious fortune, the town has gold, silver and copper mines.
More than 30 million have been invested in this exploration project by U.S. and Canadian investors in Trou du Nord for exploratory drilling and new roads.

If you are over fifty yearsw and was growing up in Haiti, you probably got some of that money. Usually ther were children taging alog the Government car to have an opportunity to receive that money .
Most of the propaganda used by the Duvalier were considered to be positive by the people included in the inner circle of the government. For those people, the Duvalier propaganda were considered objectively and then interpreted as positive or negative, depending on the perspective of the viewer or listener.
Continental Airlines Is The Next Major Airline To Fly To Port-au-Prince, Haiti
Effective June 9, 2011, Continental Airlines will Fly toToussaint L'Ouverture International Airport in Port-au-Prince on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday directly from Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey to Port-au-Prince with plan to increase their flight to Haiti in the future.
