According to a spokes person for the United Nation high commission, Haiti is currently not in measure to provide for the basic needs of the people currently being deported and the UN is looking for a halt in the deportation of Haitians from countries such as Dominican Republic, the Bahamas and the US. The UN would prefer that those scheduled to be deported be analyzed on a case by case basis for their ability to deal with the current condition in Haiti.

There is a great possibility that the Haitian NBA Star Samuel Dalembert could be playing for the Miami Heat for the next basketball season. As he becomes a free agent Dalembert is exploring all his options and one of them it the option to play for Miami Heat. The Miami Heat, for his part has many has many reasons to request the services of a Basketball star such as Dalembert.

The heads continue to roll in the Affair of Arnel Belizaire. The latest is the Minister of Justice Josue Pierre-Louis as he was obligated to resign his post.

Is this what we called Koupe Tet. The Minister of Justice Josue Pierre- Louis sent his letter of resignation to the Haitian Senate and also to the Prime Minister just moment before he was scheduled to be object o an interpellation meeting by the Haitian Senate on November 22, 2011

Choiseul Henriquez, the new Minister of Culture and Communication, died of a brain hemorrhage on Friday while in Ottawa. Prior to his urgent transfer to a Hospital in Ottawa in Canada, Choiseul Henriquez was hospitalized at the Canape Vert Hospital in Port-au-Prince.

Choiseul was nominated to serve as minister of culture and communication in October. However, he was never sworn in due to health problems. Prior to the nomination, he was press secretary during the Preval presidency and Henriquez was also a journalist.
