Deputy Arnel Belizaire caused panic in a legislative session in Haiti.
In a session in the Haitian Parliament, that took place in March, 2013, the members realized that they presented a document to vote on. However, the document presented was different than the one the discussion was about. It was regarding the law sanctioning money laundering and terrorist financing which was already voted the Haitian Senate.

Some people would say it can only happen in Haiti. Deputy Arnel Bélizaire was taken to jail upon arrival from a visit in France. He was accused for setting fire in a prison and consequently escaped following the 2010 Haiti earthquake.

On the other hand, others are suspecting that the arrest has to do with an altercation that took place recently between president Michel Martelly and Deputy Arnel Bélizaire.

So far, the only thing we dan do is to follow the development of this issue

This is what The Haitian Deputy Arnel Belizaire posted on his facebook page. It is a picture of his Haitian Passport. As you look on the page, you will see a visa was issued to him on May 29, with an expiration day of May 31. This only gives the Haitian Deputy about one full day in the US.

Considering that one can not do much on the arrival day as well as the departure day, this leaves Haitian Deputy Arnel Belizaire with only one full day in the US

According to haitinews509.net, this information was confirmed by Deputy Arnel Belizaire. The application for the renewal of his diplomatic visa not approved by the United States.

I do not know much about government and government to government relationship; however, it this is to be true, it it possible?

Here is a picture of the Haitian parliament Arnel Belizaire who is known to have any problem expressing himself. He usually uses whatever is available to make sure he makes his point. In this instance during a session at the Haitian parliament, he threw a total of three desks across the room to show his non satisfaction about a recent decision taken.

Some people think it is normal for Deputy Arnel Belizaire to do that as this kind of behaviors are common in parliaments in other countries

In Haitian politic, I guess money talks and ... walks. This seems to be the case with Deputy Arnel B lizaire and Thierry Mayard-Paul, the Minister of Interior.

If you can recollect, this is the same Minister of the Interior, Thierry Mayard-Paul who according to report, was directly involved in his arrest at the Toussaint L'Ouverture Airport.

The Haitian president michel Martelly got into his first major problem which is the case of Haitian Deputie Arnel belizaire. Although many people believe that Michel Martelly is not innocent in the arrest of Mr. Arnel Belizaire, the president has been telling the media that he is not invlover in the arrest.
