Deputy Abel Descollines from Mirebalais-Boucan Carré gave an ultimatum to President Michel Martelly. He declared yesterday that the government must hold election in 2014 and that if he doesn't, he himself will join the opposition against him. After two years of delay, if this does not take place, the government will be forced to resign
