This is a picture of a car that is in the process of burning. The surprising thing is not the car being burnt but the level of indifference among the Haitian population toward such thing. As you can see, there is no one attempting to take control over the fire

More importantly, there is a Police officer on his motorcycle passing by as nothing out of the ordinary was taking place on the streets
