Here is a picture of the new Communications Minister in Haiti, Mario Dupuy.

On Friday, September 18, 2015, Mario Dupuy, the former Minister of Culture (May 2012 - January 2013) has been installed as the new Minister of Communication by Jude Hervé Day, the Minister of Trade and Industry. He has replaced the former Minister of Communication Rotchild François Jr., who had resigned on September 15, 2015. In his inaugural speech, the new Communications Minister Mario Dupuy has said the country needs a climate of professionalism and called for building a calm and serene democracy with responsible citizens and for that, the contribution of all sectors is necessary and welcome. He is a former spokesman and Secretary of State for Communication of the Aristide administration. He has thanked the Haitian President Martelly for his confidence on him. After the ceremony, Minister Dupuy, accompanied by the Director General, Dr. Calvin Cadet, visited various departmental offices and met the departmental staff.
