In this picture, Santa Clause brings a gift to a Haitian child for Christmas. However, what makes it more interesting is the fact that the child does not know what is going on. She is looking at her mother who is beside her and looking at Santa Clause. She does not know whether to smile or to be scared.

During her visit to Haiti, sarah palin seen now holding the hands of a child is in a Haitian tour to bring awareness to the suffering down there. The Graham charity organization refused to discuss Sarah Palin's visit agenda, mentioning security reason.

Here is a picture of two Haitian chidren where an International or religious organization took the opportunity to take picture of them. This a frequent problem in Haiti where these organizations take the opportunity to put these pictures on youtude and advertize so that they can receive money. Some would say this is an exploitation of the Haitian children
