This is for the history book in Haiti. The current president of Haitia Michel Martelly and Former Haitian President General Prosper Avril are meeting in an effort to unite the country.

Former Haitian General Prosper Avril became the president of Haitia in September 1988 following a coup d'Etat against General Henry Namphy.
