Spain Eclipses Haiti 2-1 at Sun Stadium
Current World Champs, Spain, beat Haiti 2-1 during a warm-up game in Miami. Eight minutes into play, Santi Cazorla kicked a ground drive to the goal line. Eleven minutes later, Cesc Fabregas scored for a 2-0 lead. Spain nearly made another goal, but player Roberto Soldado ran into the goal post.
In the final quarter, Haiti delivered with Wilde-Donald Guerrier's deft run past Spain's defense to score, for a 2-1 narrow defeat. Haiti ranks 63rd in the world.

This is what many would call Haiti Dream Team, the 1974 World Cup team. Haiti's coach was Antoine Tassy. He was also the team's trainer as well as being the country's Director of Sport. The main teams who made the National team were: Racing Club, Aigle Noir and Violette Athletic Club. The goalkeeper, Henri Francillon, was the only player in Haiti team who came from Port-au-Prince's Victory club.
