Madame Max as she was belovedly referred to by friends and supporters of the Haitian regime has at times been accused of over enthusiasm in carrying out her mission to stabalize a regime in a delicate balance between civil order and societal chaos and some of her excesses may seem cruel to some though within the harsh reality of the time regretably necessary to maintain civil peace.

AS SHE DID IN HER PERSONAL family life when outside intruders attempted to infringe on the security and sanctity of her relationship with great fire and determination and force she drove right to the heart of the offending member in an attempt to convince the transgressor of the error in her ways attempting to
show the consequences of such a breach of fidelity and sanctity of marriage.

No doubt the transgressor GOT THE POINT in a flaming sanction delivered by Madame to the source of the offence making
a repeat of the so offensive incursion unlikely to be repeatedby either by her wayward spouse or the object of his unbridaled lust and displaced affections.

In any case however dated it may be her
service to her country and citizens will long be remembered.
