This is a picture of former Haitian president Ertha Pascal Trouillot.

She was responsible and took full credit for organizing the first truly free elections in Haiti on December 16, 1990

This was the Presidential election in where Jean Bertrand Aristide won with 67% of the vote.

On a sad part, upon his arrival in power, former Haitian presedent Jean-Bertrand Aristide had her arrested Ertha Pascal-Trouillot arrested under charges of complicity in the January attempted coup d'état.
