Lucien Jura The New Portre Parole For Michel Martelly

Lucien Jura The New Portre Parole For Michel Martelly

Is this a new position in the Haitian government? I have not heard about this before. Lucien Jura is the Portre parole dela presidence. I believe this position of Portre parole was created based on what this new president learned from the previous one.

What ever is happening with the Haitian government, Lucien Jura is here to report it to the media. He also travels with the Haitian government to report on the meetings with foreign leaders.

This is a smart move from Martelly and I think that Mr. Lucien Jura has done so far a very good job
