The split as the Martelly government was hoping for, is on the way. The Deputy of Aquin who was elected under the Inite Platform is resigning from the Block to support the candidacy of Bernard Honorat Gousse. Deputy Emmanuel Fritz Gerald Bourjolly stated that it is not just him who wants to support the projects of President Michel Joseph Martelly and also of the Prime Minister designate. He expects more deputies of the Inite to brake rank and support the president.

In the Senate, it is a different story for the candidacy of Bernard Honorat Gousse to become the next Prime Minister of Haiti. All 16 Senators who were against him remain committed to their decision

The Senator of KONBA, of Nippes, in the Sud-Ouest part of Haiti, William Jeanty, is the president of the commission that has for duties to review the document that Prime minister nominee, Bernard Gousse intends to submit this week.

He deplored the image that the Haitian government managed to send to the international community in creating a new government.

Senator William Jeanty, was not in favor of Mr. jean max Bellerive who was one of the three final candidate for the position. He stated to the media that if Michel martelly had selected Bellerive, it would mark a continuity of the previous administration policies

Senator Moise Jean Charles said that Michel Martelly is directly involved in the arrest of Haitian Deputy Arnel Belizaire but told the public that he is not involved "Ni de pres, Ni de Loin". As a consequence, he considers President Michel Martelly to be a Liar
