Jacques Edouard Alexis

Candidate for the 2010 Haiti election, Jacques Edouard Alexis was born in Gonaive, Haiti on September 21, 1947. He graduated at the State University of Haiti and was appointed Minister for National Education, Young People and Sport. He was prime minister of Haiti from 1999 to 2001 and again form 2006 to 2008.
