Here is a picture of the flag of Haiti, Venezuela, Honduras. These three countries were ranked as the three most dangerous places for foreign multinational executives in 2013.

This was based on study generated by Public Security Secretariats, local police, governments, NGOs, and Institute of Crime Investigation from throughout the region. The report further indicated that Haiti suffers continued insecurity following the 2010 earthquake.

An idea originated from former U.S. President George W. Bush administration to create D.E.A. commando squads, the Current President Obama thinks that creating D.E.A. commando squads in Haiti and some other countries would be a great idea.

The program is named FAST which means Foreign-deployed Advisory Support Team. The D.E.A. commandos are able to arrest, seize stockpiles and disrupt drug smuggling routes
