Sherlson Sanon, in a written and signed testimony, implicating former Senator Joseph Lambert and Senator Edwin Zenny in fraud, drug trafficking and kidnapping.

The declaration of Sherlson Sanon was made in front of Notary Public Jean Beaubrun L. Rony who notarized the document on April 23, 2013

At this point, it is important to understand that this is only an allegation made by an individual about two impotant personalities in the Haitian society and we have only heard one side of the story.

Sherlson Sanon, former member of a drug-trafficking ring, has accused Senator Lambert of grooming him as a drug runner and hit man. Incarcerated Sanon has made a full confession to the authorities about his criminal activities.

Sanon's attorney, Beauvoir, has attacked the Prisoner Association for demanding he drop charges against Lambert.

Sherlson Sanon and Beauvoir have asked Judge Maximin to indict Sanon on less serious charges, and protect him while imprisoned. Maximin is reluctant to do so.

Former Senator Joseph Lambert is one of the two men who were fingered by Sherlson Sanon in a testimony he gave in the presence of representatives from the National Network for the Defense of Human Rights. Lambert, along with his co-accused, Senator Edwin Zenny, have been incriminated in cases of drug trafficking, electoral fraud and murder as two of the heads of the gang of young criminals known as Kakos. The RNDDH have striven to make the public aware of the case as a means of giving protection to the plaintiff.

Here is a picture whou usually see in the movie theater. However, this is Haiti, there is an exception. Former Haitian Senator Joseph Lambert holdind his news conference with his cowboy costum. He went to the Chamber of Deputy looking for Deputy Levaillant Louis-Jeune.

This took place after Deputy Levaillant Louis-Jeune had accused former Senator Joseph Lambert for wanting power in order to be covered under immunity
