Haiti Northern Industrial Park
Here is a picture of the region in Haiti that will directly benefit from the new Haiti Northern Industrial Park. Haiti will see its first new industrial park by june 2012. Recently, The Haitian Government, with the Inter-American Development Bank, the Korean apparel company Sae-A, as well as the U.S. Government signed a memorandum of understanding to start the construction of the first new industrial park in the north of Haiti.
The Passport Of Michel Martelly
In an effort to put an end on the speculation that he might be a foreign citizen, President Michel Martelly showed his Haitian passports to the Haitiaan population on Tursday, March 8, 2012 in front of the US embassador and other religious leaders.
Several passports of the president were put on display to prove that he is Haitian and has maintain his Haitian nationality

With the introduction of a Microinsurance program, Fonkoze intends to insure the investment made to the Haitian women that the organization already made with these small micro finance loans of $200 to $400.

Michel Martelly on Latin American Day of Press Freedom
President Michel Martelly, in a debate held by SOS journalists to commemorate the Latin American Day of Press Freedom thinks the Haitian press is not responsible enough. Whether it is political or others, the president would want for the Haitian press to assume a more responsible role in educating the public.
President Michel Martelly suggested that the press could do a better job in educating people about the danger they face in building in a certain areas. He also wants the press to help hold elected officials accountable as well

Immigration Haitian Boat People - Illegal Immigrant
Here is a picture of a boatload of Haitians arriving in the coast of florida. The boat people from haiti take a risky trip and usually many of them will perish before landing in in Florida. The American Government in the meantime does not welcome these Haitian immigrants the same way it does to the Cuban immigrants. Often time, these Haitian boat people are returned to their country by the U.S. authorities
