Daniel Supplice recently released a statement on the 18th of May inviting all Haitians to celebrate the 209th Haitian bicolor anniversary where they first invented the Haitian flag. There have been many disagreements on the exact date the flag was invented but Daniel Supplice said that it does not really matter since the most important fact was that it actually was invented and that they have the chance to celebrate the fact.
