Here is an opportunity to show Haiti to the world. Popular American Icon Oprah Winfrey is scheduled to travel to Haiti with actor and Activist Sean Penn. She will air her first show in Haiti since returning from retirement. The new series will be called Oprah's Next Chapter and she will be live in Haiti.

I also assume that actor Sean Penn will play a major part in the series that Oprah Winfrey will be filming in Haiti.

Many think that the visit of Oprah Winfrey to Haiti for her television show with Sean Penn is an opportunity for the Haitian government to present the country in a different light as they are trying to bring tourism in Haiti.

Many people have criticized the former Zenglen band player Nickenson Prud homme for suddently leaving the band to for his own Harmonik. Do you think this was a good decision from his part?

As far as I am concerned. I woud not call the move by Nickenson Prud homme to leave Zengle, a group that was doing very well at the time to take the rist of creating a new band such as Harmonik a good thing.

I think if Prud'Home remained with Zenglin, it would have been more positive for the Haitian Kompa music. This is something that we see often. Once a band member thinks he is good, the first thing that comes to mind is to leave his band an to creta his own.

I first heard about Wanito recently as he came to do a performance in Miami. What I heard on the radio is that T-Vice and Wanito are going to play. Since I was not going to do anything important at home that weekend, I decide to chek on youtube to see if the band or the artist Wanito has produced any song so far since he was going to be playing with a heavyweight like T-Vice.

To tell you the truth, i was surprised when I started listening to those songs available on youtube. I was even more upset at myself for not knowing about Wanito before that.
