Bill Hillary Clinton and their experience with Haitian Voodoo
Here is a picture of the young couple Bill and Hillary Clinton.
The former U.S President Bill Clinton visited Haiti for the first time in 1975 on a trip sponsored by his friend David Edwards as a wedding gift. When he wrote his autobiography "My Life" in 2004, he mentioned his first encounter with voodoo as the "the most interesting day of the trip". He witnessed a voodoo practice in a village near Port-au-Prince. There the rites were performed by a priest named Max Beauvoir, a former chemical engineer who had studied at the Sorbonne in Paris. Clinton described his first experience with voodoo as a culture, that practices to make sense of life and nature; it virtually works with the universal belief that there is a nonphysical spiritual force at work in the world. Then Clinton was a law professor who had once lost his battle of political campaign, considering for a second run. The priest Beauvoir gave him a brief course in voodoo theology, he decided for a second run and that turned out to be a success. This time, he won -- and was on his way to the White House. Bill learnt one good lesson from Haiti and he wrote: "The Lord works in mysterious ways." Once a Voodoo sorcerer was supplied to him by his friend, the exiled-by-coup John-Bertrand Aristide, and that sorcerer put a curse on the incumbent President George W. Bush, "by manipulating a doll made in the President' s image."

Nonie Mathieu and The Superior Court of Auditors
Here is a picture of Ms. Nonie Mathieu, the former head of The Superior Court of Auditors
As per report dated March 18 2015, released by the RNDDH (National Human Rights Defense Network), the former President of the Superior Court of Auditors and Administrative Disputes (CSC / CA), Me. Nonie H. Mathieu, has been found involved in a corruption charge of an embezzlement to divert more than 37 million and 500 thousand Gourds (about US$800, 000) of public funds. She spent that amount of public money to purchase computers, USB drives, chairs, desks and folders from two non-existent or questionable companies (Professional Services & Decor represented by the lady Ruth F. HYPPOLITE and America Supplies Distribution (ASD) represented by Marie Yolène MERTYL) and moreover, such office materials and equipment were never delivered. It is a shame as the Court of Auditors is intended to control the management of public funds under the Ministry of Economy and Finance. Such an institution is not empowered to audit its managing members and it is truly a matter of disgrace that itself it is involved in a scandal. The members of the Court of Auditors are subject to the High Court of Justice. However, if it is mandated by the Senate of the Republic or otherwise, the Senate of the Republic is committed on 1 June, every year to audit and inspect for administrative verification and audit the accounts and the works of the Superior Court of Auditors and Administrative Disputes (CSCCA).

Pierre Théoma Boisrond-Canal, born town of Les Cayes
Here is a picture of Pierre Théoma Boisrond-Canal who served as the President of Haiti three times.
Boisrond-Canal was born in 1932 and went into military service from 1858 until 9 years later when he retired to take up farming. Three years later, he would become embroiled in politics and rose quickly to be senator of Port-au-Prince twice. Like many political figures, he was exiled for a period, in Jamaica, but was made, upon his return, army commander of the Ouest Department by President Domingue. The first of Boisrond-Canal's three presidencies began in 1876 when he replaced Domingue as provisional leader before presiding non-provisionally as of July 17 that year. During his first run, he reinstated the 1867 constitution, which Domingue had replaced in 1874.
His inability to successfully mediate the National and Liberal parties compelled him to resign in 1879. His replacement, President Lysius Salomon would himself resign in 1888, and Boisrond-Canal was once again president, this time in an acting capacity. His last run as president was in 1902 when he was appointed interim president. This post lasted from May 26 to December 17, when he was succeeded by Pierre Nord Alexis.
