Here is a picture of Mr. Joseph Nerette, Former Superior Court Justice. He was president of Haiti from 1991 to 1992, following the presidency of Jean-Bertrand Aristide. He passed away on April 29, 2009 at the age of 83, following a long fight with lung cancer.
